Title: Lamb Marinade

Yield: 1 /2 cup

1/4cSalad or olive oil
2tbWine vinegar
2tsMustard, prepared
1tsRosemary leaves, crushed
1 1/2tsSalt
3/4tsOnion salt
1/4tsBlack pepper
1/4tsGinger, ground
1/4tsGarlic, minced (instant)

Mix together. Refrigerate. Marinate lamb overnight.

NOTES:

* A marinade for any cut of lamb.
